My name is Junwoo Park. My current favorite medium is Watercolor painting. I enjoy using watercolors because I feel the most comfortable using them and it feels natural to me. I was born in Korea but moved to India when I was 2. Five years later, I moved back to Korea and stayed there for another 4 years. Then I came to America and have been living here since 2014. My family consists of me, my brother, my mom, my dad, and my cat Ava.
I came to OCSA because my previous schools didn't really have an art program, so I really enjoyed the fact that I could have more focused art classes at OCSA. And those art classes wouldn't be focused on a single medium. I was drawn into the fact that OCSA provided a diverse range of art classes. Not only that, but I also liked the community at OCSA. My friend who used to go to OCSA told me about how nice the other students at OCSA are. These were the two biggest motivations for me to be a student at OCSA.
I am planning on pursuing art in college. But I'm not too sure what kind of job I want to have yet. However, I do know that I want to have a career related to art though.
