My name is Eunice Park. My favorite art medium right now is digital art. In my opinion, digital art has so much versatility and gives me the ability to express my creativity in a wide variety of ways. The process of my characters and paintings coming to life is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and the fact that I only need a tablet and a pen to create art will always be fascinating. I am a Korean-American, currently living in Irvine with my parents, older sister, younger sister, and two pets, Pearl (my cockatiel) and Poby (my dog). My favorite foods include bread (baguettes and bagels!!), mango, sushi, and Udon, and my favorite colors are blue and mustard yellow. When I'm not drawing, I can be found outside biking, spending time with my cockatiel, hanging out with my friends, playing video games like Minecraft, or sleeping.
I came to OCSA because to me, OCSA was a world of new opportunities and adventures to explore-- new school, new classes, new friends, new memories. Not only that, but I was also able to focus more on art and improve my skills further at school alongside some amazing peers. While I miss my old friends and the different path I could have taken at my local school, the chance of being able to attend OCSA was too tempting to pass up.
Since 7th grade, one of my main goals for my future is to pursue a character animation/entertainment design degree in college. My dream career is to become a character designer or visual development artist within the animation industry at a place like Disney or Pixar. One day, I hope that the characters, backgrounds, and stories I contribute will help ignite a passion within the new generation and inspire them to become artists, such as how I was forever changed by the work of those I look up to.
