Digital art is my favorite media now. I’ve been doing it for a year and I like it better than hand drawn art because you can erase your mistakes
My whole family is from Korea. My father works for a solar panel company. He has to move around the world so we follow him. We lived in China for 6-7 years and a few years in Korea and 3 year in America. I am pretty bad at English and English customs. Back in Asia we did academics on paper so it is very interesting to work 100% digitally. I had two pet turtles and they both died.
My previous school teacher told me about OCSA, but when I first heard about it I thought OCSA was an art museum. The next thing I know my mom is saying I had to do all this art and writing and make a video to apply. Any normal person would have been curious and researched what this OCSA place is… but all that came to my mind was wow, museums sure have evolved, I didn’t know you needed to prepare something just to get in to a museum😊. So I drew art pieces, wrote a novel and made a stop motion video. I found out OCSA was a school after my submissions. Nevertheless, I somehow made it in.
