My name is Darlene Chen. My favorite art medium this year is digital art because it’s something I recently started experimenting with. I really enjoy working with that medium, you could do so much with digital art and it amazes me. I was born in California however I didn’t grow up in the US. My whole life my family and I traveled to many places due to my parents’ job. I don’t have a pet, my dad and I are allergic.
I wanted to be a student at OCSA because the school I was supposed to go to didn’t have great art programs that I wanted, therefore through looking at various art schools, OCSA seemed to be the best fit.
Yes, I would like to pursue art in college. I want to be an art director or animator, still unsure- but those are the two career options I’m leaning towards.
