My name is Anna Bae, my students call me Ms. Bae. I teach 9th grade Basic Drawing Skills and Advanced Figure
Drawing to 10 th , 11 th and 12th grade students.
I live with my husband in Long Beach. I enjoy being in the art studio, going on walks, traveling abroad, going to
museums and galleries, music concerts and shows, baking, cooking, gardening, reading and hanging out with our
bunnies.

Two favorite projects for 9th grade Basic Drawing are: “Eating a Snack” drawing and; Surreal landscapes. In Advanced
Figure Drawing Class I would choose the wonderful Student Self Portraits and “hands in detail”.
